I am testing out your software and everything was working except for the Web Admin.  I get the following error.

HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01AD)
ActiveX component can't create object: 'IISKeeperCom.ComAdmin'
/webadmin/logging.asp, line 32

How can I fix this?

This mean that COM server is not registered. Installation program of IISKeeper makes registration of necessary objects automatically. However you can do this manually by using system utility regsvr32.exe.
Go to IISKeeper folder (by default "C:\Program Files\IISKeeper\") and type the follofing command line
regsvr32.exe IISKeeperCom.dll

You can learn more about command line parameters if you will start regsvr32.exe without parameters.

Can you explain Realm?  I do not see this in your help and I am not sure what it does or if I should do anything with it.

"Realm" is any string which will be inserted into header of login window in basic authorization mode. Like this:
"The server <server_address> at <realm_name> requires a username and password."

"Realm" is used only in this case.

This is really strange. Try to reinstall IISkeeper.
BTW: what operation system do you use?
