I want to use metareport on my clients machines by adding the runtime module to the project but the following error ocurr:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {BD4714B3-9941-4EF5-9DD6-126B97F7B6DD} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

What ar I missing?

It seems that COM object is not registered in your system. In order to register COM server you can use /regserver parameter:
MetaReportRuntime.exe /regserver

To remove registration from your system run MetaReportRuntime with /unregserver parameter
MetaReportRuntime.exe /unregserver

Windows Vista and Windows 7 require to run those commands in "As Administrator" mode
