Specify the connection string for connecting to the database. This string is used by the filter and the filter configuration tool. IISKeeper accesses the database using ADO (a database access mechanism built into Windows). IISKeeper comes with a database in the MS Access format. You can use another database (for example, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.) with the same structure.
You can type the connection string manually or use the string generation wizard.
Important: You should specify the user name and password in the connection string if the database requires authentication. By default, the database does not require authentication.
You have to restart IIS after you edit the connection string.
